Hey! I’m Mallory.

I’m your skating specialist who brings the energy and is-in-your corner supporting your athlete all the way.

I come from figure skating world, where technique is QUEEN and perfection is the dream. When I was in my twenties, I discovered (through coach training & development opportunities) a whole other level of skating techniques I had not known in my amateur career.

When I started learning these advanced techniques, I knew I had to share this with others. I was obsessed with my newfound knowledge and applied it to my own skating immediately - which advanced my skills more than I could have ever imagined. I thought, if I could do this - imagine what others could achieve if they were exposed to this early on.

So here we are. With over 13 years of coaching experience, I have worked with athletes just learning how to skate to collegiate athletes. My expertise lies with developing skating skills through power & edge development for hockey athletes and components/testing for figure skating.

When I am away from the rink, you can usually find me reading a personal development book, training CrossFit or enjoying time with my growing family. I love checking out events in the community, movie theater popcorn and enjoying time on the open water.

I believe in pushing past perceived limits and challenging yourself. I also believe in breaking barriers.

A testament to this is Team North Dakota, the collegiate synchronized skating team we created in 2013 (non-profit organization). At the time, North Dakota had no opportunities for figure skaters to continue their skating careers with a team after high school. ‘Team North Dakota’ came into existence and went from a non-competitive team, to two-time Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Medalists (open-collegiate), to two-time National Synchronized Skating competitors (collegiate).
