OFF ICE TRAINING
To complement your on ice skills, join us off ice to continue your training. We offer personal training (solo and groups of 2-5) and group classes. Our programming will build athletes' strength, speed, balance and agility through a variety of exercises and drills, proven to enhance athletes' skating skills.
Book sessions for solo training or groups of 2, 3, 4 or 5 athletes. Athletes in groups should be of similar age/skill. Available all year round.

We offer different off ice training classes through the year, with majority of our classes being held out of season.
Following a survey completed in August 2021, majority of ages interested in a preseason program fell into the 8 - 12 age range. However, if you have an athlete around this bubble and are interested, please reach out for accommodations.
