OFF ICE TRAINING
To complement athletes' on ice skills, join us off ice to continue your training. We offer personal training (solo and groups of 2-4) and group classes. Our programming will build athletes' strength, speed, balance and agility through a variety of exercises and drills, proven to enhance athletes' skating skills.
Book sessions for solo training or groups of 2-4 athletes. Athletes in groups should be of similar age/skill. Primarily available in the off season.
We offer different off ice training classes through the year, with majority of our classes being held out of season.
